How do you get involved?

Hertfordshire 4×4 Response is open to anyone who is willing to assist their local community as well as others.

Even without four wheel drive vehicles our volunteers play a crucial role as controllers or general support members!

Although useful, you do not need experience in off road driving to become a Responder. We only ask that you are prepared to learn through training sessions provided free of charge from other experienced members. There are no set requirements to the make or type of 4×4 you have, it does however need to be in a roadworthy state and legal to use on the public highway within the United Kingdom.
